Refund and Returns Policy

At SmartLockkGuard, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Refund and Return Policy that is designed to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The product must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Please note that some products may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. Such items will be clearly marked on our website.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, item(s) being returned, and the reason for return.
  3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA number. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • If you received a free shipping promotion, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@smartlockkguard.com or (281) 270-3317. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or a full refund. Please provide photos of the damaged item for quicker processing.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange. We do not directly offer exchanges but will gladly help facilitate the return process.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as final sale or clearance
  • Open or used products (except in cases of manufacturer defects)

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return once the item is received.
